To add a member to your bookmarks, you need to view there profile (by clicking on there user name any where on the site) and then click on bookmark profile. This will then add that user to your bookmarked list, which you can view at any time by clicking on your bookmarks.
You can delete users from your bookmarked list by pressing next to the user you wish to delete.
